Artist Biography

Gabrielle Gavin

The artists love of colour and texture is evident in her artworks. Working primarily in acrylics on canvas and underglaze on bisque she also works in watercolour, pastels and mixed media and enjoys collage .
Acrylic pieces are often abstract, highly textured and include embedded objects whilst other mediums include both experimental and traditional subject matter. Constantly open to new challenges she is a prolific worker and assumes several peudonyms which reflect the genre and medium of particular pieces.
Works are currently exhibited in Lichfield, Staffordshire .
